| For alot of our financing we use Essex Credit. With Essex Credityou can get up to 15 years. Interest rates vary depending on your credit score and the year of the unit you are wanting to finance. You must have at least a 640 credit score to be considered for Essex Credit.

- Financial Underwriters
We use Financial Underwriters as our second choice in financing. We can get up to 15 years, depending on the unit you are wanting to finance and your credit score. You have to have at least a 680 credit score, but they are more lenient on their qualifications.
American General
- American General is our last option in financing. We use this company when your credit score is not that great. This company does not go by beacon score, but by their own set of qualifications. We can get up to 15 years depending on the unit you are wanting to finance and how you rank in their qualifications.
- Equity One
Equity One is our third option in financing. We can get 10-15 years. The interest rates depend on your credit score and the unit you are financing. You have to have at least a 580 to deal with Equity One.
