| For alot of our financing we use Bank of America. With Bank of America you can get up to 20 years, if it is newer than 10 years and if you are spending at least $50,000. If you are spending less than $50,000, we can get you up to 15 years. Interest rates vary depending on your credit score and the year of the unit you are wanting to finance. You must have at least a 640 credit score to use Bank of America.

- Financial Underwriters
We use Financial Underwriters as our second choice in financing. We can get up to 10 years, depending on the unit you are wanting to finance and your credit score. You have to have at least a 680 credit score, but they are more lenient on their qualifications.
American General
- American General is our last option in financing. We use this company when your credit score is not that great. This company does not go by beacon store, but by there own set of qualifications. We can get up to 15 years depending on the unit you are wanting to finance and how you rank in their qualifications.
- Equity One
Equity One is our third option in financing. We can get 10-15 years. The interest rates depend on your credit score and the unit you are financing. You have to have at least a 580 to deal with Equity One.
M & T Bank
M & T Bank is another option we offer for financing. You need to have at least a 650 credit score. Interest rates as low as 6.99%. We can get up to 20 yrs financing with this company. Exactly how long and what the interest rate will be, depends on your credit score.
